I’m still trying to figure out if we’re all supposed to know someone named “Dicken”. Dicken, anyone?

The new First Canadian soap base is excellent. I have a tub of Maximo Cuba and it is much different than the original base. The soap is a bit softer (L&L, Turtleship, P&B) but the lather quality far exceeds the original base.

Great!  Another shaving soap for the ever growing list!

There I was, just thinking they had misplaced the apostrophe. (If the idea is to refer to Dickens, then the possessive apostrophe should be at the end: Dickens’.)

However, I finally noticed the double meaning.

The new labels are off-putting, in my opinion. Dicken's especially. I enjoy a pretty face as much as the next guy, but haven't we moved beyond stuff like this by now?

I'm pretty sure they changed it this is the one I have, I think it's the same soap
