favorite slants

andrewjs18, I have a Merkur 37G (Gold, as opposed to Chrome), a no-name German plastic, and a Hoffritz travel slant.  All do a very credible job of mowing down the facial hair.  All I can say is, if the price is right then experiment.  Just have fun with this.

I'll likely pick up the ikon #102 slant head and the fine slant very soon. I might need to purge a few more injectors to help cover the costs.

I only own 2 but I love my RR stealth V3 slant.

I have 3 slants and I love them all.
1. ATT S1 - my go to razor and my choice if I just could keep one razor in my den. Mild and efficient.
2. Merkur 37C (older version). My most aggressive slant and the one I use when I have a few Days stubble. Great (and I mean great) value!
3: iKon ShaveCraft 102. My mildest slant and very comfortable as a daily driver.

I like the 39c best because I like heavy razors and longer handles.

I really like my vintage Merkur slant. Same as the Hoffritz and Cole slants.

I started with the 37C and have since added a Lutz Double Slant. Both preform well but I still prefer the old stand by 37C.

I have the latest version of the Razorock Slant and love it. I am very much looking forward to the Wunderbar stainless slant Joseph is making, I have a feeling it will oust the Black Mamba as my favorite razor.

an ikon #102 head that I picked up from Matsilainen was waiting for me in my mailbox this afternoon. I might give it a go tonight!!

The only two I own and both are great.
