I feel like I'm going to have to do a yearly restraint and save up for one. It's just soooo much money for a razor...

Hi Dave!

For a modern DE I could live with only a Merkur Progress if I had to. It ticks the everyday and aggressive boxes depending the setting used.

For daily, I love my recently aquired HLS Taiga, best shave I've had. For agressive, I like either to Gem MMOC or a Dovo straight

For a daily my fav razor currently is Tatara Masamune with Nodachi cap - its just effortless.
An aggressive razor for me is the Blackbird OC in steel and crazy efficient. I have to pay attention when shaving with Blackbird.
