My favorite aftershave splash is B&M tonic which I have in Leviathan and Night Music. My favorite balm is a tie between Soap Commander and Stirling but I have twice as many from Stirling so I use them more.

Simpson ASB. It is unscented which is perfect for me.

Sampson's all natural aftershave, unscented.  I normally don't like scents...

I recently tried Santa Maria Novella's Emulsion. This has shot up to one of my favorite aftershave balms. It isn't quite as thick or heavily moisturizing as others that I have tried, but somehow manages to keep moisture in the skin all day (while maintaining a neutral complexion, which is great for those who wish to avoid shine).

Quality stuff!

I've never found anything substantially better than Nivea Sensitive Skin post-shave balm. But to keep things interesting I have several Soap Commander balms, which are terrific, and I have a couple of Stirling's balms, which are also terrific. Proraso's balms I also like but I tend to use them less often than the others, and I like the Proraso splash a lot. As far as a splash, I love Floid Blue but I think they stupidly stopped making it. The Stirling splashes are superb as well.

My hands down favourite are the Chatillon Lux post shave toners and salves - although I can't get hawns 's aftershave in Canada yet I have tried the samples of the aftershave and they also rate in my favourites. Apparently the rules on shipping alcohol based products are different with respect to the sample sizes so I'm considering ordering a couple of dozen sample size containers of each of the Chatillon Lux aftershaves and then pouring them into a larger bottle Smile The Chatillon Lux products have fantastic fragrances and excellent conditioning face feel. Really great.

Barrister & Mann tonique, and Stirling splash and balm are my go to. I'm a splash guy, but I just tried a sample of Chatillon Lux salve (balm) and my face felt amazing. Like it just melted away and went to heaven...in a good way. I have a sample if their AS and toner too that I will try in the next few days. Stirling balm is like light lotion whereas CL's salve is much heavier....i like both.

That's a very flattering review, thank you! Just texted the other half of CL the face "melted away and went to heaven" line and he loved it.
