Typically 30 minutes, including prep, shave and cleanup. Shaving is my hobby and I want to savor the experience. On "rare" occasions when time is critical, I will shave in the shower with a cartridge (Fusion, Mach 3 or Harrys from my old stock) and a can of Sensitive Skin Barbasol. Shower shaves take around 6 minutes, including post shave balming.

Mostly bowl lather. Head, 1 pass and touch ups. Face 3 pass.

Shave Sharp, Look Sharp
Over the last few years, I have gotten faster with my shaves and in general don't take as much time to enjoy myself. If the shave results in a close shave with no razor burn or nicks, then that is what I am happy about. I tend to make it more of a choir to get done nowadays rather than taking a lot of time like I used to. I can get my shave done in 10-15min now if I am trying to keep it quick.

Ten minutes or less. I'm a one pass shaver, and usually shave every other day, after my morning shower.
I use either a Blackbird or a Focus Concave Razor, with a Feather blade. I like a close shave in one pass. Multiple passes with mild razors mostly increase my chances of nicks and/or irritation. But YMMV.
