I’m a long time wet shaver & really enjoy my shaves. My wife would jokingly ask why it takes me so long when she could do her makeup quicker. I explained that the prep is very important to a good shave plus I find it relaxing. Wash my face(if not showering before),building a proper lather, doing 3 passes, post shave & than cleanup of my shave gear. On average it is about 30 minutes give or take.
Maybe I’m just a slow poke, but was curious as how long it takes others. Just to be clear if I was really in a rush I could get away with a 2 pass job in under 10.

Bobby. Exactly like you 30 minutes. 45 if I am enjoying my tabac! Lol. Shower, prep, face lather, 3 passes, AFS, balm, razor clean up, brush clean up. Yeah. Great relaxing routine that I control. & the wife knows to leave me alone. And she pokes fun as well.

I must be a speed demon.  My routine is like 15 min from turning on the shower to rinsing my brush out.  I don’t feel rushed, or at least I hadn’t until now!

About 30 minutes, including sink cleanup.

Shave time is usually around 30 minutes. But if I'm in a hurry, I can get a decent shave completed in 10 minutes. Definitely prefer the 30 minute routine because it's my "relaxation" time as well. And in that vein, I do enjoy a nice 45-60 minute straight razor shave every now and then.

I think I'm at 20-30 minutes, depending on mood! And like the rest, I enjoy the time and look forward to my daily shave routine.

I don't shower before my shave as I do that in the evening. Shave every morning and take about 20 minutes and enjoy the time to get me ready for the day ahead

On average 30-45min including breaking down the razor for clean up along with brush and sink area... It's my time to relax and de-stress every other day so I don't really care how long it takes usually!!
