It is a very nice name.  It apparently means two seas or two currents.  The two currents of Kailua form Kailua Bay.  If there are any concerns about the name being to close to the liqueur, which I also did not initially make the connection, just add the word “Bay.”   That brings images of water to me.

Edit: I meant to give credit to Pork.

Geographically correct.
But, then you're adding the thought of Bay Rum... to Kahlua (if you were thinking Kahlua, I wasn't and think it should just stay Kailua, it's a good looking word).

Rum and coffee sounds good to me! ?

"Aloha Breeze"

1. Evocative of Hawaiian Environment – "Aloha Breeze" conjures up imagery of the gentle, soothing ocean breezes found in Hawaii, which aligns well with the calming, relaxing experience a quality shave soap should provide.

2. Positive, Uplifting Connotation – The word "Breeze" has a light, refreshing quality that resonates positively feeling gentle and inviting.

3. Broad Versatility – "Aloha Breeze" has a broad appeal that could work well for a variety of Hawaiian-inspired personal care products, not just shave soap. This flexibility can be advantageous for product line extensions down the line.

4. Memorable and Distinctive – "Aloha Breeze" name is catchy and memorable. It has a nice rhythmic quality that is pleasant to say.

"Aloha Breeze" strikes the best balance of evoking the Hawaiian theme, conveying a positive brand image, and offering versatility for the product. The name sets the right tone for a luxurious, soothing shave experience.

The image kinda reminds me of Destiny Islands from Kingdom Hearts.

I think the Hawaiian word for destiny is "Hopena."

This scent was driven by my request to exactly match Hawaiian Tropic Tanning Oil's waft

My take is something immediately evoking 2 things:

1, a sunny beach

2, luxury

Both these should be universally immediate to anyone's mind:

1, St Tropez

2, Rio

3, Malibu

4, Maui

5, Waikiki

From the poorest to richest, worldwide these towns are known by all for Beach and Luxury. There have been numerous pop songs written about all these towns which says something to their universality. Where the Hawaiian theme came from beyond the trade name is beyond me. This is solely about a low end tanning product used throughout the world by fit and young beautiful people that actually spend time in the sun, not aged sunscreen crowd hiding under an umbrella

I like Danny's idea. The Hawaiian names for give a clue about what is in the fragrance. I kind of feel the vibe from Malibu or Waikiki.....if I am a customer, this name is more direct and decipherable.

Waikiki Breeze
Kailua Breeze

Both evoking a Hawaiian association.

“Breeze” continues the light, refreshing, coastal vibe.

Ok you guys are killing me with some awesome names and the reasons behind the names you picked. I think I need another day . I checked with my graphic designer and she said it was ok but get it in by noon tomorrow so that’s what I’m going to do. Is keep watching and going over all the posts and come up with a winner to the contest and the name I’m going to use.

Thank you all for your name suggestions.

Sincerely

Frank

I don't know about the best name, as I like most of them posted here, but Danny made me pop on some Floyd - San Tropez. Might not win the prize, but it's a win for me, as it's making my day. Lol.

Honestly I think the Breeze (someone here said it) after Kailua works well and differentiates enough (without a drastic change) from the coffee. If customers are still adamant they want some Kahlua, I'm sure they have a liquor store nearby.
