Today I finally regained my usual comfort.
Despite the excellent mechanical qualities, Ethos does not succeed alone on my skin.
It took two accessories, but in the end I'm back to my standard.
Plus a tropical paradise experience for the fragrance.

Although with a huge help, it was a Succès !!!

To respond to the messages and questions I've gotten on this collaboration with DFS and ETHOS it will be released in early October. It will come in my new Jar which is a 7.5 oz which is .5 oz more than my current jar.  It will be priced at $40.00 as all the regular priced ETHOS products will be once put in the new jars. The price increase as posted on the other forum in my vendors section is not only because of the much increased price of the new jar but also since the Pandemic prices for all the supplies I use in my products have also gone up some considerably, so this is something I have to do to help cover these increased costs. As I've stated before ETHOS products will be priced according to what's in them. This collaboration when bought as a set Shave soap and Skin Food will come with a little something extra in it but that's surprise and you'll have to wait to find out.. LOL! An again as I keep getting asked.. It's an Italian Colonia scent and I will list all the notes in the scent when it's close to release and when the website is up they will be listing in the scent profile of the product as all ETHOS products will.

Thanks DFS

It may take me a little longer. I made one already but I"m not 100% happy with it so I'm going back to the drawing board on that one. Once I get back in the labs it should't take longer than a day or so but as of right now I'm making 5 Shave soaps total so my main focus is getting them finished, Labeled and released and then I'll go back to a couple of other new products I"m doing and the Skin Food Lotion is one of them. I'll update on it I promise.

Thank you sir!

[Image: bEYpw1g.jpg]Two new Shave soaps going into my new Chill collection and they should be ready for release in about 3 to 4 weeks.

I’ve always wanted a Peppermint Shave soap and Aftershave using nothing but pure organic Peppermint oil with no synthetic fragrance oils in it and no added cooling ingredients such as Menthol crystals or food type cooling agents in the products. Just the Peppermint oil which naturally has about 30% menthol in it and so you will get that chilled feeling but not a ice cold sensation and that’s why I called this new collection the “ Chill Collection “ and put these two products along with their matching Skin Food splashes in it and have plans on adding some other bath and shower products in this scent.

Also came up with my own aroma creation using natural Cucumber Fruit Emulsion, organic Cucumber hydrosol and essential oils of Spearmint and Lemongras and it not only smells great it’s very refreshing and you’ll get a little chill from this as well although not as much as the Peppermint as Spearmint oil has less menthol in its composure naturally but you d. efinitely get all 3 of the aroma ingredient notes in this blend.

Like I mentioned there will be other products in both of these two scents other than the Shave soap and aftershave splash.  I already offer the Greenfresh scent in Replenish which is my all natural 2% Hyaluronic acid serum and “ First Lather “ and i plan on using both scents in other bath and shower products.

These are two of the 6 new Shave soap and Skin Food splashes that will be available within the next few weeks along with includes both the Dragonsbeard V2 and the DFS / ETHOS collaboration. The 2 others I’ll announce once the labels are created.

Hope you like the labels I thought Monica my graphic designer did a great job!

I’m now a believer. Thanks to DanLaw , I was able to sample pineapple Noir for the last three days... and it lives up to the hype; without any doubt.

Ethos is the best soap I have ever used.

Why? There are three qualities I prioritize when judging a soap base. Ease of use, slickness, and post shave.

Ease of Use. Over the last year my perception of what a good soap should be has changed considerably. Often times, a thirstier soap is considered superior because they take a lot of water and can be fun to use. IMO ethos has struck a happy balance. I was able to consistently achieve a high quality, highly dense, well hydrated, low structure lather quickly and without any effort using both face and bowl lathering methods.

Slickness/Post Shave Feel. I tested ethos’s on two occasions with a Paradigm Diamondback and once with a Max Sprecher. On one of the occasions I compared it side by side with Kaizen using a different brushes on different sides of my face. I specifically chose Kaizen because I feel it has exceptional slickness and post shave feel. Without a doubt, Ethos has superior slickness and post shave feel, not to mention that it required 1/2 the time to dial in.

I am not affiliated with Ethos in anyway, nor have I received any free product from them. After trying the sample DanLaw sent me, I have since ordered two soaps.

I cannot recommend this soap enough. I will be making a detailed review video as soon as I have a jar in hand.

Well done Frank

Thank you for the kind and encouraging words! My intentions were to create a base that had a good balance of Cushion, slickness and post shave. Didn’t want to over super fat my base as I’ve personally never been a fan of soaps that leave to much of a film on my skin or encourage my skin to produce more oils quickly. Also why the Skin Food splash is intended to finish up the job of hydrating the skin in a weightless manner which is due to the EOS Complex.

Hope that makes sense.

Look forward to your reviews and feedback!

Thank you sir!
