I didn't realize you didn't release any Watermelon Mint shaving soap 7.5oz this time and I was so bummed because I thought it was sold out very quickly and 'How fast are these people?'
lol.

But I just purchased the 4.5oz from TRC and it's great.
Will definitely be a good purchase again.

I had to smile when you said “How fast are these people?”  Back in the early days a few years ago some artisan’s special limited edition releases would sell out ridiculously fast and the traffic would crash the vendor’s servers (or their ISP). It was really chaotic at times and of course some guys who missed out would get really annoyed especially when the product they missed out on would appear in the secondary market for higher prices. Yup, some people are very fast. Smile

That happened one time with the Blood Orange. The Razor Company, The Shave Supply and my website all launched at the same time at 10am EST and I got a phone call from Jason at the Razor company at 10:08 saying I’m sold out already and that’s a record! I need more immediately. Gareth who’s on the West Coast sold out in an hour and I also sold out in an hour and I had double the inventory that they did. I was in shock mode and I had a lot of messages from customers who missed the release so I had to make another batch right away and although the 2nd batch didn’t sell out as fast it sold out in less than 24 hrs so had to make a 3rd batch an finally things calmed down. Last time I talked to Jason he said Blood Orange still holds the record.

You’re right though I remember when it happened a lot and how about some razor and brush drops that if you weren’t at your computer the minute they were released you would surely miss out. I’ve been making bigger batches to avoid this kind of problem but some releases do go pretty darn fast so I guess that’s a good thing in a way for the business owner but not so much for the customers.

I’m sorry about the Watermelon Mint not coming in the 7.5 oz and the main reason was it was so late in the summer for that release we figured that we’d distribute a lot to our vendors and as you probably know they don’t get the 7.5 oz sizes. Did make Kailua and Lemoncello in the 7.5 oz size though but they go fast usually. That’s why I sometimes believe it’s best to do a pre - order on those. This way I kinda get a good idea on how many to make.

All the best my friend!

Pre ...... Kiehl's Facial Fuel
Brush .... Morris & Forndran (26mm)
Soap ..... ETHOS Lemoncello (F Base)
Razor .... Alpha Spirit
Blade .... Proline P-30
Post ..... ETHOS Lemoncello SFS
Finish ... Acqua di Parma Colonia Essenza EDC (2010)

I had a fun, bloodless, BBS shave with the Lemoncello, which arrived today.  The scent really opens up once you get the brush wet - better even than off the puck IMO - and very refreshing during today's abysmally humid Virginia heat.  --  Thank you Frank.

Frank:

What order do you recommend using the post-shave products: serum, skin food lotion, and skin food splash?
