As I mentioned in an earlier post but going in this morning it was pretty plain to see that we were definitely not going to get all the orders out in one full day. We got more orders in the two weekend days than we have ever gotten and not only the number of orders but the size of a lot of them were really big. We stared extra early today and got almost half out the door in a full focused 8 hr day. So since tomorrow is not an ETHOS work day for myself or my helper the next shipping day is Wednesday.
Also a couple of little tips. I had one person order multiple times and in the 2 day period.. it was 4 orders. He sent a message asking if I could ship them all in one box. This can't be done. The reason is when a shipping label is created on Shopify it's based on how heavy the product is and how it's set up on the website so if it's lets say 10 oz shipping weight it then calculates the box it's going in and the packing materials and creates a label. So if you were to ask me to consolidate 3 seperate orders each having their own label and if I tried to use any one of those labels to ship all the products in the 3 orders the weight would not jive and the post office or UPS would either take the package and charge me the difference or it wouldn't take the package. either way it's a loss of both time and in the case of large orders where they exceed the $75 free shipping cost I pay they'd add on more cost for the much heavier package on top of what I already paid. If you'd like a bunch of products shipped your better off either placing a large one time order or I can refund all the orders and then you can place one order with everything you had in the 4 different orders. I mean if someone orders a couple of soaps and a splash and they forgot to order another splash or a light weight product there's a good chance I can add it to the bigger order. Each situation is different. I just wanted to offer up this info as it's much easier than having to contact the person and tell them that I can't ship all their products at once as some folks don't check their emails often and I've had to wait a few days or so before i get an answer on what they'd like me to do.
An I have to say thank you all again for a 2 day record in sales and to my helper Annette who really shined helping me get a lot of orders out today.
I'm looking for another helper and I think I may have found one.

I know you've been so busy that you haven't checked your email yet, but could you please check it when you have time?
I'm the one who requested in advance to keep the product aside as you said in your email and here DFS, and I've been waiting and trying to buy it on your website since 9AM EST, but it was eventually sold out without success.
So I'd like to buy my soap as I requested in advance, and I'm wondering how payment for this is going to work now.
