A much more complex Jack, this Single Barrel, and without much of the caramel. Quite enjoyable!

This is another Omnipollo brew, an IPA. This one was pretty standard but very good. There was no extra of fruit added, a good example of a standard IPA.

Back again,

Today's brew, hot off the shelves is Magic Rock Shredder and orange, lemon and Manderin wheat beer. Designed to quench a first.

This one is a real winner and I could easily polish of a few on a hot day Smile

Yesterday, kwsher, I decided on a very simple G&T with Bombay Saphire and Shwepps, with a twist of lime.  No complaints here. Big Grin

Good on you Freddy ! With the heat here in Austin a Gin & Tonic is just about perfect and happy to have the company Smile

This Fords gin is pretty solid as I continue sampling. Water from Mendocino, distilled in the UK it's a byproduct of bartenders and the desire to elevate well gin. All the botanicals are sourced from Flach & sons including juniper, bitter orange peel, lemon peel and coriander.

Likely the best $20 bottle of gin I have ever tried.
