The wreck of the steam-yacht Endurance, which sank in 1915 during an Antarctic expedition by the polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, has been rediscovered by searchers using autonomous underwater vehicles. I have always been fascinated by the amazing voyage of survival in lifeboats by Shackleton and his crew, imagining the struggles and daily hardships. An incredible story.

I too like epic survival stories.  Has anyone watched the movie Swiss Family Robinson?
Come on man, I’m kidding.  As a kid I loved reading about Admiral Bird, Thor Hierdal, Shackleton, Chief Joseph, etc.  never felt like that time was wasted.  Good read.
