It was indeed a strained partnership as the only thing Avi had brought to the table was he could make the razor and the partners had the money. Their RTO wasn't what was promised from Avi and they pulled the plug on the project.

That Avi sure was a useless POS 'producer of actual material value'; what this world really needs are ever more 'fictitious capital' gamblers....

This been on mind for years so thankful for the opportunity to respond.

I'm not familiar with the partnership issue. I purchased Raw razor directly from him via email, and he mentioned that he ran out of funds in 2019.
Regarding the Titanium release 'second run,' only a few people had made deposit payments, and the project was subsequently canceled.

I believe they were supposed to be two friends who got into making razors out of a hobby.  I read here https://damnfineshave.com/thread-are-raw...ack?page=2 that there was a strained relationship, but they have patents on their razors.  Maybe I'm wrong, it wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last time.

I just assumed one wanted to continue in a different direction than the other so they just went their separate ways and Raw Shaving went away.
Can you get a patent on a 3 piece DE razor?  I don't think so, but I don't know for sure.
Can somebody who knows please weigh in?  Thank you.

Yes, someone can get a patent for just about anything if it is a novel concept.

A good patent attorney is 900 dollars an hour today in the US at one of the big practices for it.

As far as when I weigh in on something on the internet, if I said something definitively then I know or I don’t write it.

I see.  It's the removable lubrication plate/strips that made it patentable.  Not the 3 piece safety razor itself.  So the patent was for the self-lubricating RS18, not the RS10; is that correct?

I'm sorry you're such a sensitive guy.  A lot of people say shit on the internet that just isn't so.  I only asked a question about the patentability of 3 piece razors.  I didn't impugn your honesty or integrity.  There's no need to get all puffed up.

1275 - what on earth makes this particular razor see that value, the handle?
