I am sure you would.  I have a couple of decent Kronas and Techs and enjoy them very much.  I thought the blade lovers might find something interesting about the blades - vintage blades often go for much more - but as I said I am not a blade aficionado.

Good eye on the rare versions of the Platinum Plus’.  Being out of the package and not knowing quality/quantity can indeed be a bit of a crapshoot.  But for someone wanting those specific blades, I don’t think it’s the worst deal.  They might be willing to shell out that money for the blades alone and look at it like getting 2 free razors.

I ship that way with insurance from pirateship.com until you get to a 1000 dollar razor.  Then it’s well for 50 bucks you can insure it and have it tomorrow guaranteed. Most people do not say no.

No I got the humor I just don’t get the pricing.  Although I still think it’s the best razor James made of the ones I have tried.
