I'm not sure which hand is dominant. I do many things left-handed but probably do just as much right-handed. I don't call myself ambidextrous because I tend to use the same hand each time. For example, I play pool left-handed but throw darts right-handed. I do use both hands when shaving. It's easier than crossing over.

I'm a righty, but I'm at a computer about 10 hours a day, and have been for the past 15 years. I taught myself to use a mouse left handed so I could have my right hand free for note taking. I'm always looking for the practical solution. It worked great until I started spending time in computer labs. The first time I had to use a shared computer I realized I had nearly forgotten how to use the mouse right handed. Back to right handed mouse I went.
I did successfully make the switch to using my steak knife in my left hand. Again, being the practical guy that I am, it never made any sense to me why people would switch the knife and fork back and forth while eating. Fork now stays in the right hand at all times and I just use the knife in the left.

Right-handed here, for just about everything. (I do use my left hand for the computer mouse; it avoids repetitive stress injury to my right index finger.) I've never felt the need to use my left hand to shave, until recently, when I took up a straight. I'll probably just stick with using my right hand, though.

odd. I'm a dominant lefty with just about everything I do except for when I use a computer mouse...I've tried it and it just doesn't work well for me.
