Do Soapmakers Have Different Skin Type Offerings-NOT Simply Scented v Unscented

I know you have unique issues, but there's not that much demand for that narrow focus from a volume standpoint. Whenever this comes up, we point folks towards our unscented or sandalwood because of the good oils in there.
I find a lot of people think they have sensitive skin when all they really have is history with crappy products.

Realize many presume issues out of ignorance but empirical in my case; been under dermatologist care since child. Only use the very best products from preshaves thru postshaves, experimenting along the way but pretty much settled on the best of the best

I haven't tried any yet but Wholly Kaw has a line of skin care products that sound interesting.  I will again recommend the Lather Talk podcast episode 016 where Sri Ram of Wholly Kaw shares a whole lot of knowledge and his thinking on not just soap but mens' skin care generally.  Its worth a listen.  I want to try some the skin care products but I'm waiting for some of the delays caused by the pandemic to clear up and I'd like to see if maybe the products get carried by a Canadian vendor so I can save a little on the very high shipping rates.

I wasn’t discounting you issues, btw. Guys use a well known shave gel, walk out of the bathroom with redness and irritation, then deem themselves to have “sensitive skin”.

I have severe Asthma with a lot of allergies including Pine & Cedar which are in a lot of soaps. I also react to Oud and many synthetic scents so I have to be very careful in what products I buy. It seems to me that there are a few Artisans, some very new who are looking at using high quality ingredients in the whole shaving process and I have been supporting them in my purchase as I would like to see the Holistic idea in men’s grooming continue

No reason to be sorry. Hell, am happy for guys without or even minimal issues. Cinnamon does seem to raise issues for some although I do adore Cinnamon Girls...they definitely cause a reaction with localized swelling....

If I had skin issues and/or chronic allergies I would just use an unscented soap and call it a day. As it is, I depend on the pros for actual skin care and as a matter of fact, I just discovered that one co., Garnier (owned by L'Oreal in France), markets a daily moisturizer that includes a 30 SPF sunscreen AND is the first that has combined as such with L'Oreal's proprietary LHA (Lipo-Hydroxyl acid). Bought one today.
