Recently tried a sample of the La Tierra Mojada aftershave. What a wonderful scent!

Courtesy of WCS and their 50% sale. Being 20 degrees in N Texas today the items arrived chilled. Does anyone else keep their AS in the freezer like I do my Rum.

It definitely is. Half gallons the site said when I bought it. To be honest I’m not even sure how to use it (straight, diluted, etc.). Also I saw someone putting his brushes in what appeared to be Barbicide on one forum it seemed, but then again I’ve never used it. Just asked my wife for the Barbicide container like in a barbershop for Christmas and she came through.

It’s new to me, but after it arrived chilled it just got me wondering. I mean I put my Captain Morgan in the freezer, so what’s different about AS. I wonder if it would give it an extra chill especially in the summer.

If you ever spend summertime in the desert with the monsoon rains. You catch the creosote scent and wet earth just perfectly with this soap. Douglass nailed it perfectly.

Barrister and Mann is spot on with the wet earth in Petrichor. What I liked about La Tierra Mojada is that there's the initial wet earth, but then the scent seems to bloom into something more sweet after that. Great products, the both of them (along with Chiseled Face Groomatorium's Summer Rain).
