As was stated Sri has never to my trying made a bad soap. Heck, I still love the Original Batch Bufala Base Pasteur's Alchemy. That said and keeping yesterday's shave and today's all the same except for the Creme Fraiche and Siero Bases I have to give the definite nod to Siero. Both great as are all Sri's soaps but the siero is special to me if I'm splitting hairs and it's noticeable when I concentrate and pay attention. That's just me and my take on it and love both including the new Amber Bomba scent. Have a great day everyone !

Great shave Dave! The thing I didn’t do when I shaved with siero was keep the kit the same. Amber Bomba shave was bowl lathered and Rockwell 6s /#3 with a Feather blade. A really smooth setup for me. The Rebelle shave was face lathered with Wolfman WR1 and the same feather blade which is a much more aggressive setup for me requiring utmost care and attention so not a fair comparison.

To be clear, I wasn't discounting your thoughts Marko I've done the same and thought when I had one of those stars lined up shaves something was better than something else only to realize later it was just a GREAT Day and shave. I generally don't pay too much attention anymore as most everything is close enough in quality and some excell in one area versus another. You just had me curious with the discussion that ensued which is a good thing. Take care Buddy !

What a great shave with this setup and the Asylum Rx. This was exactly as Phil described the 2nds. A slight rattle when no blade is installed and
Zero when a blade is installed. Fit and Finish were impeccable. This was exactly the same as the V2 I had when they were released except it was $87.50 shipped for a 316L Razor. There is blade feel but it's a smooth and Efficient shave. The Ethos Bay Rum is something that needs no comments other than if you don't have it yet.....You NEED it !! Have a great day Everyone !!
