Man. I've seen you post quite a few shaves with that soap... The cover was always closed. Today's pic... It doesn't look like you touched it. Wow! That has to be one dense puck. That should go for a long time.

Happy Wednesday Dave.

Thanks Paul. The imprint is gone now at least. I have several vintage pucks to put in here when and if it gets killed  Big Grin

Vintage Williams is fantastic stuff. The RR Lupo seems to be getting a lot of love.

Nice setup Dave

Have you tried a Lupo 72 plate yet? If not, you know what you must do.... for science!

Science project was completed Big Grin Had the .95, .72 and DC with the .72 OC on one side. My preference was the .95 but the .72 is nice also.

Razor: Autostrop A1
Blade: Despined Gem SS PTFE (1)
Brush: Brush of Shame #1 Timberwolf
Soap: T&S Sicily 1508.5
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: T&S Sicily
Fragrance: Mr. Burberry

Well a cold snap has been running thru these parts like most. Showing 27 degrees this morning and heading to the 50's but a warming trend is starting again. I got in a sought after A Style Autostrop. These were before they became Valet Autostrops and instead of the lever mechanism to lock the blade, there is a push button. I had been wanting one since learning of their difference and finally got this cased example for the princely sum of $12. I must say the shave was OUTSTANDING with the despined Gem SS Coated blade. It shaved so much smoother and closer than my "C" Models and I'm stoked to have 1 now. The 1508.5 continues and it will be close as to whether it is finished this month or edging into May. I need to consider which the next victim of 2021 will be to 1508.5. Long day today and tomorrow off to run my outlaw father to the VA in Lexington. Have a great day Y'all !!

Nice picture Dave! The spring flowers contrast the cold weather we're getting up here, too. I believe we're looking at a high of 43 in New York. Brrrr!

I’ve had a Valet Autostrop in the cart many times, but that’s another that I’ve never pulled the trigger on.
