Why don’t you just send all of it to me, Dave? just tell me what it costs.
I’ll post all the stuff I don’t want.

I wouldn't do that to a friend  Big Grin Make me an offer on the stuff left Tongue

Razor: Asylum 17-4
Blade: Wizamet (1)
Brush: Trotter Handcraft/Brown Synthetic
Soap: Stirling's Triumph
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Stirling's Triumph
Fragrance: Paco Rabanne Invictus EdT

So I had this set in my BST but decided to pull it as I do enjoy the scent immensely and after a day no one wanted it although priced for soap, Splash and EdT which all was priced at half what the Edt alone cost new. Made me rethink whether I wanted to give it away that cheap. Glad I'm keeping it. I smell Maauuuvelous. The razor was acquired in a lot and is the Asylum 17-4 that was not machined according to specs given to the machine shop. Everything was good except the base plate was milled without the proper sb cut angle on the edge which left it with no blade exposure and lacked any cutting at all of whiskers. I read some tried a rubber o-ring and backed the handle off a little to get blade exposure that was missing. I was able to do that and got and close and comfortable shave. I may back it off a tad more next time to experiment. Leaves me wondering if I should leave well enough alone, use a Timeless baseplate as I've also read about success with doing that or to try my hand at filing it and perhaps butchering it..........I'll check with the voices in my head on that later. For now, I'll roll with it using the 0-ring as I don't have a .95 SB Timeless baseplate to try and they aren't cheap to buy just for an experiment. Have a great Day and Weekend everyone !

Too bad I was late to the BST or I would have snatched those up in a heartbeat lol. Probably for the best though. I'm participating in an s-word, and have already blown it twice this year. But what was I to do? Frank came out with a freaking Colonia scent! How was I supposed to resist that, huh?!? And then since the trigger was already pulled I may have snagged a few straights from the bay....but that was it...this time.

You sound as successful as I am at the"S" Thing. Was doing a No Buy 2021 at TSD this year and lasted literally I think 3 days.............I've been reducing things greatly (130 soaps down to 75, then 50ish and now 30ish) but still buying when I want as long as the trend is downward. I refuse to even attempt it any more.........Got your Fluffy sample and some Enders blades going out today if I can catch the Post Office when their open for that 1 and a Half Hours on Sat here

Man, I am so confused. I thought I was following you, now I don't know what TSD means. Darn acronyms, lol. The reference I had thought you've been referring to bans members for talk of 'No Buy / sabbatical'. I'm just going to stay lost, it's my natural habitat.

Wow, 100 soaps Dave?!? I'd be in straight panic mode well before that. Thirty is about the highest I think I've been. Then again, I'm an every other day shaver... So your 100 is like me having 50, because you'll use them twice as fast. So it's not nearly as bad as it sounds.

Nonetheless, glad you've been able to pair it down. It comes down to being real with yourself... Am I actually going to use this (and enough to make it worthwhile)?

Happy Saturday Dave! Hope you have a good day.

Glad to see the Triumph back in the rotation. I couldn’t believe it was on the BST and no one bought it. I’ve still got mine, so I didn’t jump on that. Have a great day!

That's the problem at this point. Everything is good in some way but I just can't get to or rationalize having them all.
