Cigna & Cubans is a very soft Tobacco. It lacks the sharp bite of a Cavendish or La Habana. It's a touch powdery, but still a fantastic scent.
I've never used the Henri et Victoria so I can't make a direct comparison, but I am a big fan of tobacco scents. This is a good one, but not as sharp as I expect from a tobacco based scent.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Everyone may be interested to know that I just put a new soap on the web site today. It is called Orange Frost. The scent is primarily a blend of orange oils. It's a really nice scent. Unlike previous soaps, this one also contains lanolin and menthol. If anyone is looking for a nice summer soap, I don't think you will be disappointed by this one.
Used C&C Kingsmen today for the first time in quite awhile...as a matter of fact, it was the first time I had used C&C in close to two months. That's one of the drawbacks to accumulating so many soaps. And that's truly unfortunate because I had forgotten how fantastic the performance is of this soap...very slick and moisturizing!

DEEP ELLUM!
We are introducing a bluesy new scent this month: Deep Ellum named after the East Dallas neighborhood of the same name. At first it seems bright and lively, but soon gives way to a dark and earthy syncopation of aromas. The scent starts with a tangy and piercing orange citrus high note, followed by a fast run down to a steady violet riff. The bass kicks in with deep heavy notes of patchouli and wood. This soap has soul.

Te Verde
Our newest creation! Fresh and green! This delightful scent is a favorite of men and women alike. The blend unfolds with top notes of bergamot and lemon zest, seamlessly intertwined with middle notes of fresh green tea, supported by a base note of sensuous white musk. This is one that you'll definitely want in your permanent rotation.
I can't predict what the water is like where you are, but try doing just a 5 second load with a slightly damp brush, then drizzle a few drops of water at a time onto the brush as needed for face lathering. Here, this method easily produces enough thick and slick lather for a three pass shave, with at least one pass still in the brush after I'm done.
Try it!
