Closed Blackbird Brass Handle (hand polished)

The polishing came out great unfortunately the head was ruined because I took too much material off the bottom plate. I am referring to the new brass satin finish Blackbird. The main reason I am selling it is because the intent was to match it up to an iKon head. The threading is perfect but not drilled out enough to screw all the way in the Ikon head. Ikon heads have a long stud. Handle length 85mm. The polishing came out better then the picture shows.

Why not cut the threads shorter on the ikon head?
