I only have two CF soaps and aftershaves. Cryogen & Orange Creamsicle. I am impressed with the soap but especially the aftershaves. They leave my face smooth and moisturized. Very nice. The soaps are very easy to lather and very creamy. Good stuff!

I’ve only tried one of their soaps, the banana one, which is no longer in production. The scent wasn’t my favorite, but the soap was indeed easy to lather and in general I enjoyed those shaves. Glad to hear that their aftershaves are good!

The ones I’d be especially interested in trying at some point are Sherlock, Santa Paula and Summer Storm.

I haven't tried their aftershave but I like the price and ingredients.

I've only tried samples from Maggard of Ghost Town Barber, Sherlock and Summer Storm. The generous 12ml ones in the spray bottle. I hated GTB, way too sweet smelling so I PIF'd it. The other two smell pretty good and performance was good as well.

I have wanted to try Cryogen for a while as I love mentholated soaps. But I only have one mentholated aftershave, Osage Rub. How long does the "mentholated" feeling last from the CF aftershave?

Cryogen is painfully mentholated. It's so jam-packed with menthol it's almost not even fun. I have the soap and a sample of its A/S, both are amazingly cold. I also have Osage Rub and Cryogen A/S is significantly colder and, if I recall correctly, it lasts a good bit longer on the face as well.

I really like CFG's aftershaves because they have good ingredients in them for your face. They're not just water, alcohol and fragrance. I'd recommend CFG aftershaves to anyone.

For me the menthol in Cryogen lasts a good half hour or maybe 45 minutes. I also use OR and it cools but seems to go away in 5 minutes or so.
The menthol in the Orange Creamsicle is not as strong as Cryogen but still very nice and lasts 30 minutes or so. YMMV.

I used a whole bottle of CFG Sherlock - Its a great aftershave. I love the scent and the way it makes my skin feel. I'm using a sample now, but I think I'll be replacing the full bottle at some point.

I forgot I recently got some Chiseled Face aftershave samples. I'll have to give one a try tomorrow!
