Maybe but not any time soon. I think he's focusing on making the TSM Fougère soap and also working on his own scents. But who knows what will happen once it turns spring and everything starts blooming (this statement is purely speculative and, since I'm not the one who makes the soap, is in no way legally binding or anything even remotely resembling a promise).
As for me, I'll keep making Champs de Lavande in aftershaves, toners and salves indefinitely.
Hi Shawn, I was thinking the other day when I was applying some of your Yuzu Rose Patchouli aftershave, "gee, this would make a great scent for a soap" Just saying
I'm not a stickler for exactly matching soap and aftershave either, I like complimentary soap and aftershaves but they by no means have to be identical. YRP would make a great stand alone though.
I saw your recent SOTD featuring Fourth and Pine - I really like that one. When I was out of town for 2 weeks thats the one I brought and used it every time I shaved (not everyday, I was on holidays!) and you know, it didn't get old. Its a great summer scent and I'm figuring on using it in winter to make me think of summer.
Cheers,
Mark

Awesome, thanks! I like Y/R/P and Fourth & Pine in the same way I like Floïd Blue: it's not my favorite scent, nor is it the most interesting, but it is something I could wear every day and still enjoy it. I figured CL needed some of those kinds of scents, too, so I'm glad to hear it!

It is La Forêt de Liguest that's getting the ax, but that's just because I think TSM Fougère is a better scent and don't want to cannibalize myself by carrying two fougères. But I'm sure I'll go a short run of it at some point in the future once people start running out of it.

Geez, I'm now mis-seeing things. Ok, in any case I've got plenty of La Foret de Liguest as well so I'm good for now. I'm looking forward to the TSM.
Thanks,
Mark

Ha, well, my former business partner always wanted to name things the (word) de (word) format. I did Delor de Treget, then he did Champs de Lavande, La Forêt de Liguest, Le Jardin de Odile, and La Fleur de Carondelet.
So that doesn't make anything any less confusing, to say the least
Since Delor de Treget was my first scent ever, it would be hard to end it. It's probably always got a place in the line

I was sticking my nose in tubs of soap yesterday thinking about pairings and I'm thinking that Bon Vivant might pair well with B&M Adagio - what do you think hawns ? I'll give it a try tomorrow.
Have you given any more thought to the possibility of a bay / bay rum inspired scent? I know you were but the whole bay oil shortage thing happened. I haven't forgotten.
