Chatillon Lux Provisions and Chatillon Lux Parfums

Maybe I'm the only one on DFS, Marko, but I actually enjoy the slightly medicinal scent of tea tree oil.  In fact, I've been known to add a few drops of it, along with eucalyptus EO to bath water and find it very soothing.

Well then kwsher and Freddy you both should get a bottle of Chatillon Lux Roborant - if a non-tea tree person like myself can actually like it then you guys should love it.

Good grief Shawn- you just may be on to something here. Just opened my shipment- they are all great and can't wait to shave tomorrow. The Bon Vivant in particular on first sniff is fantastic!

Share some thoughts after a few uses but great in the bottle.

That Bon Vivant is pretty special IMO.

Shawn, Leisure Guy has been using your aftershave all week - https://leisureguy.wordpress.com/category/shaving/ He hasn't said too much but he usually deals with the aftershave part of his daily shave in about two words so its something I tried to get him to give a bit more feedback on how it felt throughout the day on monday but he didn't bite. Other than misspelling Chatillon Lux (Chantillon) its gone well. At least he's consistently misspelled the name

On another note, I saw another vendor o DFS say that the rules for shipping alcohol based aftershaves are different with respect to samples - if that is true, do you think if I ordered some samples of your alcohol based aftershave you could ship them to me without causing an international incident? That would be great. let me know.

Ha, well, we actually get that one a lot. I think a lot of people are thinking Chantilly Lace or something. Which is cool, sex sells and all. But overall, that was really cool to read. I'm glad he enjoyed it considering, as much as he's seen, that I would imagine his bar is pretty high. Thanks for turning him onto it!

And Marko, I saw that same thing about shipping samples and that makes sense. We are going to be making samples this weekend (it takes far less time cumulatively to do it all at once, we've found) and I'd be happy to send you some. I'll post once we get them done.

Shawn, I'm happy to help if I can - I think the real risk would have been that he went nuts over it and told everybody on earth to go out right now and buy it and you get crushed.

On the samples - I'm going to order more Roborant and a couple of other things to fill in my collection so I'll just add a note regarding the samples - I want the whole flight so obviously I'm going to pay the sample price. Nobody rides for free. I'll put in the order before the weekend.

Thanks Shawn - great product, great service.  What more does a guy need?  Its funny, since starting to use Chatillon Lux products I've become less content with some other post shave products that I was formerly quite happy with.  This morning for example, I used MLSW Italian Stallion soap and aftershave mild - I like the soap and the scent is nice, to me its orange creamsicle and I've always thought the aftershave milk was nice and soothing.  I went to the gym with my wife and the whole time my face felt a little burned - I didn't use a harsh blade or anything so when I got home and washed up I applied La Foret de Liguest salve and now all is right with the world.  Thank you.
