Any chance a level 1 in SS will be offered again? I'm a daily shaver and mild/smooth is my top priority. I've always "assumed" CG just wasn't for me; more for guys who demand super high efficiency, maybe only shaving a couple times/week. Perhaps bad assumption.

I use the level 2 as a daily shaver with no issues. He’s said he will make the level 1 again but not for awhile

I can't compare it to the GC .84 since I've never tried one. I can say that I prefer aggressive razors, and the CG Lv 2 SB is NOT aggressive at all on my particular face.

More efficient than a Feather AS-D2. About on a par with a Timeless .68 IME.

The Lv 2 OC is decent, and would be okay if I was a daily shaver.

Lv 3 is delightfully aggressive in an SB, and a bit too much of a good thing in OC. I use both though.

Would you like to sell your lvl 2?

The L2 can be used as a daily shaver. The SB is not mild, but it’s definitely not aggressive. I would put it on the mild end of medium if that makes sense.

I've got a Lv 2 SB baseplate in brass in the BST right now. I'm considering making it a complete razor. Just need to decide whether I want to break up one of the other 3 I have. Can you use the baseplate ?

GC. 84 is closer to CG lvl3 SB than to lvl 2 SB. IMHO lvl 2 is on pair with GC. 68 and CG lvl 3 is slightly more aggressive than GC .84.

I find the level2 SB to be a very smooth daily driver way better than a Gamechanger.68 and the level 3 is significantly more efficient than a GC .84. The .84 gives a similar efficient shave as the level 2 SB but the Charcoal is smoother, I did these comparisons with a side by side shave off before selling my Gamechangers.

I found even CG Lv2 was more efficient than GC .84.
GC .84 is somewhere between CG Lv1 and Lv2.
GC .68 is one of the mildest razor I have ever used.
For daily shaver, GC .84 is preety good.

I have had all 3, and the Game changer .84 is similar to lvl 2 SB. The lvl 2 OC is a touch more aggressive. The Lvl3 SB is much more efficient than the Gamechanger .84
in my opinion
