I'm very curious to give your soaps a try but I'm sensitive to a lot of fragrance oils. Do you have any that use only essential oils, or should I just go with Le Nude?

I have been using Midnight Dreary for a few weeks now and it has easily made it's way into my top three soaps. The latherability is second to none and the slickness/cushion is fantastic!

It's my favorite CB scent.

I have the recently released rose based scent from Caties. It is a fine soap and dos lather easily and well. I would have liked a bit stronger scent and a little better slickness. I think it is a very nice soap just think it could be a bit better. I may try one of the recently released ones to see what I think of the latest formula. I do think nice soap but definitey not in the top group for slickness in my den.

Hi Beardybrewer, I would say that Midnight Dreary is just right. No doubt after 20 or 30 minutes it fades to subtle but I like that. Its a great scent and it does last albeit in subtle form for most of the day. I hope this helps.

I wouldn't consider it a strong scent, it does smell great though.
I think most of CB soaps are a mild scent strength.

CB does have some soaps with essential oils only. Tonsorial Plus from the French + line has only essential oils and absolutes, and Moustache Mint from French + uses only essential oils. There are others but I can't recall off the top of my head.

Has anyone tried Catie's Bubbles new Tactical Support? It's a special edition French + 4oz shaving soap made for a fundraiser in which 50% of the sales price goes to Disabled American Veterans Chapter 24. The scent profile is below. I may order it. If I don't like it at least I know it's for a good cause.

Tactical Support is a blend of gunpowder, solvent, leather, tobacco flower, Haitian vetiver, patchouli, and oakmoss.
