They were made by Carbon Shaving and cost $599 (limited addition)

Hey Tommy:

That’s a question for Sean @ Carbon. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him.

Currently, it’s my understanding this could be the only one, but I never asked after I received mine.  Full disclosure; I’ve pled my case to Sean for a LE Copper run after I received this handle from him.  This Carbon RCu handle is so darn beautiful!  Photos don’t bring it’s full beauty to the eye.  The diamond knurling is spectacular.  No one has done knurling like this since the Weber Razor.

I purchased my 316L Carbon Oct/Nov and I became a fan immediately, whatever Sean makes I’m a huge fan! His use of copper is equally spectacular to the Ti and 316.

Have you seen his SS stands for his razors? Another home run.

Sean....if you’re reading this, Do I need to plead my case again on a copper run? Cheers mate!

You can see the rainbow of colour starting to develop on the knurling

Thanks for the pictures, and also for the underside of the stand. That's an angle and perspective we don't normally get, and I like the feet, allowing some breathing by the case.

I agree, a nice copper is beautiful. I have the PAA Ascension Copper, and it is one of the prettiest razors in my collection. It's almost like a rose gold. I wouldn't want a collection full of copper razors, but 1-2 in a collection of largely stainless razors makes them real jaw droppers

For comparison:
Left / CARBON RCu handle
Right / CHARCOAL GOODS Stinger V1
The two most favoured handles in my small collection

I’m jealous, I just can’t catch that Copper Ascension, it’s gotten away from me many times! I favour the RR SLOC too.

I agree with you, a couple really nice Copper Razors sets the small collection off, Cheers!

This is a copper Alpha Shaving Outlaw handle paired with a copper CG L2 baseplate. Only thing I hate is polishing the patina away every few weeks.

Shawn is a great guy and I speak to him regularly about the titanium, Damascus steel and stainless razors. He’s a busy man and makes an exceptional product. I have a razor handle that is brass and titanium and keeping the knurling clean on the brass part is really difficult. Some people don’t mind the patina and others hate it. The metal is beautiful when it is clean. Just my opinion.

I can't decide between copper or PEX.
