Simple search function on couple of Wet Shave Forums, show those results, many people selling CX’s, it appears they were purchase, used, maybe dislike, and sold off.

Lots of people sell wolfmans too...I don't think it's a reflection of the brand being unliked or substandard.
Carbon razors are very good if you find the one that suits your preferences...I really like the ++ version

Here’s another good thread with many takes on the Carbon series of razors. When I had mine in the Ti Alloy, it was a very capable shaver. Eventually though I moved it on with both + & ++ plates as I believed and still do that the Timeless Ti.95 was the better shaver for me. I have no regrets in moving it along. I have a brief write up on page #65 if you just want my take on it.

Have zero idea about companies history, but many get resold.

How do you know that many are resold? It could be a function that many are sold. The carbon TI with a plus plate is one of my favorite razors, equal for me to a Wolfman wr2. I really like it.

Still thinking about a Brass with .71 Plate.

To my knowledge Sean and his wife still own the company and they are the founders.

I don’t see many brass go back up for resell and even less copper.

You're killing me Gus as I wonder about the .95 Ti versus my SS which I enjoy. Is yours polished ? I don't care for the flat look of most Ti Timeless I've seen.....Didn't know if they did a polished....

Scratch that, I see their polished now......

I have a carbon damascus ++ and it's great. I may like it better than my wolfman WR-2s. My only complaint is I wish they made a longer handle

Really don’t know what you’re on about, all different Artisans get sold.
I love my Ti ++ Carbon

I LOVE My Carbon Ti + ++ & - and Carbon Copper + plate. I’m a huge fan and its one of the best razors out there. ITS CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED IMO. Should be talked about more often. Unfortunately the Stainless steel variant didn’t work out for me. It happens sometimes.
