bst adjustments

Just curious....does the system automatically lock any BST thread that even mentions the world 'wolfman'?
Sometimes people may mention the word by way of comparison even thought the ad is for another item.

in the first post, yes..and other keywords I have the system set up to filter.

if people start trying to get around the wolfman closure (I saw someone use WM instead of wolfman a few days back), we'll keep adjusting it accordingly.

we were very serious when we said we have better things to do with our time than moderate wolfman bst threads.

yes it will.

That seems too broad. Can you consider only restricting WTS and WTT posts with Wolfman in the title, as opposed to the post itself? That might let a few slip through when members are selling a bunch of things, but that should minimize the need for moderation without impacting those that only mention Wolfman as a reference point.

nope, sorry. if someone has a question, they can PM the user. further, if someone doesn't want their entire thread to get automatically closed if they're selling several different, non-wolfman items, put the wolfman stuff in its own thread.

as I said, if you've seen the number of times we've had to step in and moderate wolfman threads, you'd understand why we did what we did.

What makes you think I'm upset? It's a fact that you've exploited the new Wolfman policy, so I thought I'd ask.

Funny to me that you think other people are rude when you're purposefully misusing the site.
