I had used up a couple soaps and sold some unused gear, so it was time for a treat.  My reading of various forums revealed that this soap is almost universally regarded as one of the premier shaving soaps.  I also like a nice container for display.  The container also has the benefit of being quite wide for the loading of big badger brushes.   I would have purchased a Nuavia, but the lack of a refill option turned me off.  I had to reach out to TVB Shaving in Slovenia to get hold of the coffret. Fortunately, there is a discount code available for another forum which helped a little with the expense.  If you ever communicate with TVB shaving, translate your email into Italian; I received quick response when I translated into Italian, but got no response when I wrote in English.   The transition from "order processing" to "order shipped" was a little slow (about 9 days), but it was packed with great care and was shipped when promised.  I can recommend TVB Shaving; he seems like a good guy to buy from.

The smell of this soap is wonderful.  I had read that Boellis Panama was not like Cella, and I am delighted to report that it is true.  I know some people don't care much about packaging, but when I am springing for the luxury experience I sure like to get great packaging.  Boellis does not disappoint.

So what is the scent like? I've heard that RazoRock Mudder Focker is supposed to be a dupe of it, but then I've also read that it is almond scented.

Jeff, for me it's a very mild almond scent-way less strong than Cella, and also smells less like marzipan, IOW not as sweet. Mild and pleasant, but won't knock you over.

Congratulations, it's wonderful soap. I love the way it lathers, and for me it has one of the very best almond scents.

It used to be available CONUS and then they apparently stopped replying to all inquiries.

Definitely NOT like mudder focker.

It's almond scent.

It is my understanding, based on reading of reviews, that Mudder Focker is similar in scent to the Boellis Panama EDT.
