A slant is 100% confirmed. It’s just taking longer than expected. Still in the design phase, but it’s coming. I’ll share more once I have something worth sharing!

Wonder how the polished Brass Blackbird was received? My intent was to plate it but the photos lead me to think I may change my mind and leave it nekkid. I hope it presents in hand as good as it does in photos.

Someone recently polished and rhodium plated a brassbird. Looks pretty cool.

Behold, the JET landed this afternoon. It's striking.  The finish is a near perfect mirror and I can't wait to take it for a drive.  The better news is Shane has an OC baseplate (send that invoice!) to complete the set!  Not to get too fanboyish, but Shane is always a pleasure to deal with and goes out of his way to respond in a timely, professional manner, and genuinely seems interested in helping.  Throw in a great shaving tool and the BB justly earns the distinction of being the only modern non-DuFour razor I use.

I got Razor Emporium shipping notification today.  I did indeed plate the polished brass BB.  Photos inbound as soon as it lands.

Now...about that slant.  That is the only other razor on my radar.
