That is because you definitely know how to run a proper business and many folks are grateful.  Happy2

I don’t know that that’s entirely true, although I greatly appreciate the sentiment. My business is heavily flawed - at least to me. But what I am good at is knowing those flaws and constantly improving. As my personal skills and knowledge grow, those flaws are continuing to diminish in severity.

Toss in a Super Pro to dial it up a couple notches.

Thank YOU, Shane!

I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments towards that email. Hit the nail on the head.

Hi Shane!

Haven’t purchased anything from you yet, but, I will...likely soon too. Been wanting a polished Blackbird SB in the collection for awhile now, and that new Vector is very appealing as well. Just wish it were also polished (and perhaps someday, it will be an added offering).

I can do this—if I choose—precisely because it’s available when I’m ready to purchase. No “artisan bingo” to be played.

More often than not, those are the vendors who’ll get my business. I have very little patience with exclusivity.

Remember...we’re ALSO supposed to be GROWING this hobby.

And THAT means attracting new converts to wet shaving, and away from the ridiculous cartridge racket.

Limited, very pricey exclusive gear, ain’t gonna attract many new guys...even IF the wow factor is high. And the “hobby”, such as it is, won’t survive on hard-to-get $400+ razors and brushes...

There’s a place for that kind of artsy exclusivity...but, in my view, it isn’t wet shaving.

This hobby grows on the back of high-quality products that are affordable AND available...or it won’t grow at all.

And in the long run...considering where many of us began in the shaving realm...that would be a real shame.

Shane really knows how to take care of his customers besides creating some magnificent razors that solve issues of previously made razors and designing them to give a great shave

Thank YOU, Shane!

Recently received a couple boxes with the Feather Super Pro and had my first shave with it. Just perfect. It added that missing bit of aggressiveness without making the razor too "irritating". Thank you Shane again for the suggestion and this wonderful implement!

Regards,
Alex

I also got my Feather super Pro and loaded it in my vector for tonight’s shave and I agree it stepped up the efficiency without being harsh. This is the combo for me moving forward.
