'Gnomeo Shaves' got a chance to use both the Blackland Dart and Blackbird in a pass-around in his recent YouTube video --
"Happy 4th of July! Blackland Razors: Dart vs Blackbird and Stirling City Slicker"

He preferred the shave from the Dart razor and it seemed like he'll definitely get one.

'Ken's Shaving & BS'ing' recent YouTube video briefly showed a Blackland Dart razor he picked up at The Big Shave East, but didn't identify the safety razor and forgot about the razor after describing all his Swag Bog contents and other things he purchased.    A review of the Blackland Dart most likely will be very soon.

BTW, how many Darts are currently in the wild?

I would have thought one of those new owners/users/testers would have posted a review, but I haven't seen any new ones. Undecided

There are around 15 Darts in the wild. At least one review on Facebook. Thing is that only a small percentage of people actually post reviews. So I'd only expect a couple reviews at best for such a small number.
Just shows a passaround is the best way to go. I keep seeing this trend of makers of razors sending pre release products to wrt shaving youtubers . Besides casual comments it's all a waste of time as many of them hardly ever mention the good bad ugly in specifics.

I think the best option is to offer a great return policy and let people who actually put money down share their opinions. We’ll have plenty of good reviews within a couple weeks.

Tentatively, but not officially, next Saturday. This is absolutely subject to change.

Passarounds take forever. Just buy it and if you like it, keep it. If not, send it back. Most vendors offer great return policies. I have no idea why most people decide on the passaround route.

I certainly was hoping for a more sleek handle, something that represented a dart.

The name doesn’t come from a dart. It follows our aircraft-inspired naming convention and draws its name from the F-106 Delta Dart. It takes no design cues from either the aircraft or darts.
