A few were released this past weekend at Big Shave East. Hopefully we’ll see some reviews as we get ready for the full launch.

According to Blackland's Instagram feed, Shane is waiting for a few more handles to be delivered(couple hundred) so that they won't sell out on release day.

I sure hope not! I guess it will be a good problem to have, but I'm trying my best for these to be readily available and not sold out immediately. It's really hard to judge demand on a new product at a new price point so I have no idea what to expect. My goal for all Blackland products is to have them in stock and accessible. I haven't always been able to do that, but it's still the goal.

Why not put the razors up that you have right now and then when more handles come in put those up as well

Because I hate selling out. I hate the idea of excited customers flooding my website just to find out that we don't have enough and they have to try again next time. It creates a negative customer experience and that matters a great deal to me. Each time they come to my website and are turned away because we don't have inventory makes them less likely to come back in the future. Sure, I'd have dozens of happy folks who get theirs a couple weeks early, but the hundreds of dissatisfied would-be customers overshadow the happy few. It's better to wait just a bit longer.

Okay I understand your philosophy. You have to trust in what you do and I support that

So, are you hoping to have 300, 400, 500 (or more) razors for sale at launch?   Character

BTW, how many Darts are currently in the wild?

I would have thought one of those new owners/users/testers would have posted a review, but I haven't seen any new ones. Undecided

There are around 15 Darts in the wild. At least one review on Facebook. Thing is that only a small percentage of people actually post reviews. So I'd only expect a couple reviews at best for such a small number.
