That handle really makes the Dart pop! Very distinctive handle, Shane Blackland Razors ! I love the look!

I have to have this razor! It will look great next to my Blackbird!

While the handle looks pretty it looks pretty big and disproportionately to the head. Can you share dimensions and weight and also if possible the centre of balance for the razor ?

i’ll admit, I don’t like the look of the razor. But since it is blackland, I will probably get it anyway, as both BlackBird and Sabre are good friends of my face.

My question is, do I wait for the polished version? Does it matter?

It’s a substantial handle, but not particularly large at 92mm long and 12mm diameter in the middle. I’ll publish all specs, including weight, on the site before the razor is released.

Totally fair. I think 2/3 razors is a fine batting average!

From a performance standpoint? It’s subjective, but my personal opinion is that the polished finish offers no performance gain over the machined finish. Plenty of my customers disagree, however.

Looking very sharp. The handle offers a distinctive look compared to most. The shape looks pretty sick.
I'm not sure where the 'dart' reference comes from, but I was thinking about the game. I'm clearly wrong. Lol

Dart continues our aircraft-inspired naming convention that began with the Blackbird. Unlike the Blackbird, the Dart takes no design cues from its namesake, the F-106 Delta Dart. It should be noted that nobody really calls the F-106 the “Delta Dart”; they typically call it “the six”.

That’s good enough for me. I’ll polish the non tolerance related surfaces myself should I feel the need!

Glad to see that it's gone a bit quiet. Just recently ordered a few things with my Dart funds So now it's time to replenish before the release date. Haha
