Who needs prescription meds and food anyway? ;-)I agree that was no game changer from Italian Barber it was an excellent and beautifully made razor but not efficient enough. It sounds like the dart Will be right on the money

Mohammad,
Have you had the opportunity to test drive the Timeless .95 and compare smoothness of the shave to that of the Dart?
Please do keep us posted, and thank you!
I'm very much looking forward to purchasing the Dart from Shane...

The Timeless .95 arrives today. I'll shave with it tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.
First shave with the Timeless .95. It was an enjoyable shave. It’s a wonderful razor. I was surprised, the head looked bulky but didn’t feel so at all. It took more effort to get a super close shave compared to the 17-4 or the Dart. For me, on this first shave, the Timeless didn’t come close to the efficiency of the Dart or the 17-4. As of now, I feel the Dart is more efficient than the 17-4. The Dart and the Timeless felt similarly smooth, but neither as smooth as the 17-4.
I’m sure I’ll get better at using it. I’m going to shave with it on five consecutive days, then go back to the Dart. I used the same soap as I was using with the Dart and a brand new Nacet blade.
All these high end DE razors are really similar, the differences are not that big. Ultimately, it comes down to price, availability and aesthetics. As always YMMV.

Cool comparison, Mohammad. Not sure I agree on your points about similarity, but at $99 shipped I’m good with that summary.

I agree about the price. Some people are sensitive to the price and some are not. But at this price point, the Dart is a lot of razor for $99! I would certainly be happy to use it everyday, and mostly likely I will The efficiency is spectacular.

The only TImeless razor I’ve tried is the SB Bronze which is way too mild but even a weeks worth of growth is taken down to BBS with never more than a 2 pass shave using the 17-4.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the Dart if it’s even more efficient.
Shut up and take my money!
Shane, can we get an option to purchase a stand with the Dart?
