Thanks for all the great work and professional service

Thank you for the kind words. Glad you liked the Bufala base.

Christmas release will not be limited edition and it will be in Bufala. The scent components are being procured at this moment.

Was this released too and does this help with dry skin from low humidity winters?

Thanks

Going up on the site tomorrow. And it will help with dry skin for all seasons. During summer with high humidity it would not feel sticky.

Not sure if this has been listed or not, can't find it. Can't find the anti-aging serum either for that matter (edit: explicit search will pull it up) - bought some from WCS and hope to try for the first time early next week. I'm sure they are backlogged with shipping.

You had mentioned in an earlier post that Italian Holiday would start shipping on Friday, Nov. 30. Has shipping started? Have not gotten my shipping notice yet and inquiring minds would like to know.

Shipping got delayed due to delay in getting the labels. Printers are backed up due to holidays.

Labels are due to arrive today. PM your order # and we can tell you a shipping estimate.

Thanks for your reply. That's strange - when emailing customer care I received a different message.

" Thank you for your email.

Re: Italian Holiday, the soaps are not cured yet, we expected the tubs to finish curing last week. We will wait for a couple more days before shipping them.

Many thanks for your patience."

I should have mentioned about the curing time too. And the email response should have stated the label delay!

Now I know your order number from the above email response. Your order is one of the first in the shipping queue.

Would you be so kind as to give us an update on when you will be releasing this?
