It was a bay rum kind of day a few days ago.  Ethos and Derby really go well together!

This Bay Rum is fantastic. Clean scent and superb base. And best of all, Natural not that synthetic stuff.

RAD is just a permanently temporary condition.  I'll get over it.. eventually.

I've been making both Tonka and Vanilla Safi mixes with Ethos Bay Rum.  Damn it’s good to add a little in the mix!

For me the Atomic Age is very spicy,  but most who smell it think it is fantastic.

Classico has a bit of a medicinal opening, but then dries down to one of the purest “fresh bay leaves being crushed in your hand scent without all the other spices getting in the way.

So if you like mellow, but very present spice try AA, if you want more fresh “leaves off the tree” (once you make it past the opening) go for Classico.

I like your descriptions. I still say why choose? Get them both. A man can never have too much bay rum. Or razor blades.  Or shaving soap.  But more bay rum is always good. Like cowbell. If you want to try a great straight up bay rum get hold of the bay rum from PAA’s predecessor HTGAM. really good and strong.

Shaved with MacDuff’s Old Sea Captain today. It’s not a bay rum but still pretty nice. I think it’s v2 or 3 but excellent performance. Finished with a bay rum of course Smile
