Pre de Provence is one of my favorites
I prefer the 150 gm bars over the 250s, but not all scents are available in the 150 gram size

Is the first one close to the original PdP shave soap that is super herby smelling?

I recently whipped up a batch that I'm really pleased with. It has a great brown, somewhat marbled color. The dominant scents are Frankincense, Amber and Patchouli with Sandalwood and Forest Pine thrown in for good measure.

From a skin care perspective, the soap is between 5 and 10 percent Lanolin.

Moved on to Soap Commander Passion. It's a great teakwood and cardamom scent albeit on the light side.

About to finish up a bar of North Padre from Stirling - really wish they would make this one permanent

Congrats Pete123! I've always thought it would be fun to try and make my one. How long did it take you to get the soap to the point you were pleased with it?

Let's make sure ezlovan knows you like it. Smile I'm sure positive feedback is always appreciated, and sometimes when there's enough of it, scents may at least make a periodic comeback.
