I too really like Night Music. The aroma is just intoxicating. i apologize if this has already been covered, but will the color stain my brushes? I have only used one brush for it, but have used a brush cleaner after, and the knot still looks stained. Anyone else have this issue?

It might cause a little bit of discoloration, yes. It's not permanent (washes out after a few uses of another, non-discolored soap), and can also be taken out with a mild vinegar soak. What brush cleaner did you use?

I am a new B&M user. I only own Vetyver Santal and it is awesome. I wish I knew about B&M before, I just have too many soaps at this time to last me a couple of lifetimes. Nevertheless, this is a great brand.

An amazing scent indeed. Vetyver Santal and Lavanille are my favorite scents of all the soaps I've tried thus far.

Okay, I would suggest putting together a 4:1 water:vinegar solution (that being 4 parts water and one part vinegar), then soaking your brush in it for a couple of minutes. Rinse it out, then lather a different soap, rinse that, and let the brush dry. Repeat if you still see any. Should take care of it.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

I used my Thater with Lavanille 3 times in a row and the tips turned a light brown. I have since used to a few times with other soaps and a couple test lathers and the tips are back to normal now. A few uses with other soaps should fix it also.

If you use one of the Rose or Violet soaps you'll get pink or purple brush tips - my Vie-Long horsehair (white one) was particularly colourful. It goes away after a few lathers with white soap.

I had the same issue with my synthetic Ubersofts when using Lavanille but it rinsed out. I haven't tried my Thater in it but maybe it stains badger hair more so than synthetic fibers.
