My two favorite Barbershop type scents are B&M Seville and Grooming Dept After The Fire, with honorable mention going to CRSW Barbershop. After The Fire is interesting to me because I don’t particularly like smoke scents, but after I lather the Soap I can no longer smell any smoke and I get a Beautiful Barbershop type scent that smells like earthy Juniper to me. I hope Mohammad makes a straight up Barbershop scent someday.

I have Mike’s Barbershop on the way, and I’m really excited to see what his take on Barbershop smells like.

Agreed with the GD ATF soap. A resinous, semi burnt smokiness that sort of dissipates slowly once the lather is building. Though there still, it is very subtle as the Lime note becomes more prominent. And yes, it’s a great Barbershop scent. I’d definitely put it up there with WSP and WK JG and nipping at the Seville. Thanks for reminding me.... Winking

Maggard London Barbershop, if you've ever sniffed that.

Just received my Mike’s Barbershop today and it smells great off the puck. It reminds me of Mickey Lee Soapworks “The Kraken” minus the sea. Looking forward to putting some Mike’s back in my rotation!

The best barbershop scent I tried that reminded me of a barbershop as a kid was Strop Shoppe Barbershop. I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, or perhaps I missed it. My personal favorite barbershop scent in general is Stirling Barbershop. PAA has some nice ones too.

I pair Maggards LB with Mike's BS.

“Barrbarr” by Noble Otter is a very interesting, somewhat unusual, but very pleasant barbershop scent

Can someone point me in barbershop scent similar to Fine American Blend, if there is such a thing.

I am interested in Rockwell barbershop, Stirling Barbershop, BM Seville, WK Mayfair.... But if they are more close to MIckey Lee, Mike's and Maggard Barbershops that's not what I'm looking for.

Thanks

None of those smell like American Blend (well, not sure about Rockwell). I believe RazoRock American Barber is an AB smell-alike, if you're into RazoRock soaps. Fine also sells their own soap with that scent.
