Every time I use SH base, I have to remember to not load too much because it's easy to overload the brush. Tons of lather and infinite time spent hydrating it as a result. That said, for me, it's the best soap base from BaM. Also, I'm enjoying Amazelnut and Diamond scents so much. Was a pity that I missed Big Leap on paper it seems an interesting scent too.

I’d love to try Diamond but I really wonder if it’s one I’d enjoy. It’s available now and I’m eager to try SoftHeart base but the inclusion of the “beer” scent note is scaring me off a bit.

After the beer reacts with lye, it develops a caramel/pretzel quality. You won't smell like stale beer.

Makes sense on the scent.. I'm really joking and being silly about that. 
 Caramel/ pretzel sounds like a fun smell.
