B & M 42 Question

First, I hope this is the right place for this question.

I received a new bottle of B&M 42 splash a few weeks ago and it has some solid matter floating around in it. It seems to smell okay but shaking it vigorously doesn't make it dissolve or loosen it from the bottom of the bottle. Is this normal?
