Well, the razor is coming to me tomorrow and I’m very excited to give it a go for the week. I’ll be updating here, Instagram @coyotecuts31 and for Facebook probably both lather and blade and CWS Canadian wetshavers group.
Cheers all, Stay Safe!

It's probably because I haven't reached the threshold to send or receive PMs yet. I got your mailing info from Andrew and passed it on though. Should go out today!

I'll try to collate some of the feedback I've received here! Not ideal I know, but people are always going to share their experience in the way that feels most comfortable and intuitive to them.

Positives (so far)

- Comfortable. Almost no blade feel at all. Great for a daily driver. Comparable to a Masamune or Overlander
- Intuitive angle for those who've used and like 24 degree cap riders like the Masamune, CB, and Chiseled Face Legacy.
- Surprisingly efficient for so little blade feel and a medium blade gap of .73 mm. Easy BBS and takes down multiple days of growth effortlessly and with no tugging on the first pass
- Looks and feels great. Well balanced. Nice grip

Negatives (so far)

- Not as efficient as some might like. If you have a preference for more blade feel and exposure or larger blade gaps in the .9 - >1.0 mm range, then you may want to wait for a more aggressive plate option.
- Some find the bead blast a little too matte and 'draggy', especially compared to polished finish (although fairly similar to other bead blasted razors). This should be addressed with the production razors due to a much, finer, smoother and more satin blasting than the prototype house was able to offer. There will also be a machined finish on offer for those who don't like blasted finishes.
- 24 degree shallow angle is less intuitive for those who mostly use traditional 30 degree or bar riding razors. Takes a few shaves to get the hang of it, but once dialed in people love it.
- The almost imperceptible blade feel can be misleading as the blade gap and slightly positive exposure mean that you still have to treat the razor with some focus, and can't quite throw caution to the wind as you might with a lower plate Rockwell or an Overlander.

A few positive quotes/ accolades:

*'This is a very smooth razor and a great daily driver. I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more of it in the very near future' - Marko (M2shaves)

*'Guys, for a V2 prototype this is a very impressive razor' - Marko (M2shaves)

*'Really mild feeling, low blade exposure, but very efficient. Definitely in my wheelhouse. - Richard (Coyote Cuts)

*'Aesthetically.. I'm in love' - Richard (Coyote Cuts)

*'This is a great time to be in wet shaving with so many great new entrants to choose from, and I think this Drakkant is going to be a notable addition' - Brian (The Wet Shave Experience, Youtube)

*'Nice shave. No blade feel at all. Super efficient too!' - Brian (The Wet Shave Experience, Youtube)

I know this isn't straight from the horses mouth, but I've been as comprehensive and transparent as I can with the feedback I've received so far, and you can feel free to check them out on Instagram or Youtube as well. Hopefully we'll see some forum posts and feedback before long too!

AylsworthRazors wondering if you have comparison photos between the machined and the satin
