So, I picked this up on the UK Bay for around £10. I collect vintage razors and this one intrigued me as it has no makers name and so I can’t trace it. Maybe dave in KY has seen one before? Maybe military? Anyway it can take a half de blade with a bit of fiddling to get a decent blade gap although the two circular nubs don’t play any part with the blade other than aligning top and bottom halves so it’s unlikely the razor was designed for these .  The handle screws on and pulls the two halves snugly together.
I plan to see how it performs tomorrow.

A black Blackbird Frankenrazor.  I picked up the head on eBay, and mated it with a RazoRock Haloed UFO handle (with black rubber O-rings), which happens to fit nicely into the recessed hole in the baseplate.
