August 1: Vide Poche and Eau de Treget

Hey all, on Wednesday Chatillon Lux has a couple of releases. First of all, there will be one run (and one run only) of Vide Poche. There will be aftershave, toner and salve from Chatillon Lux (orders are on the way to West Coast Shaving and Top of the Chain) and Declaration Grooming is making the soap in their Icarus base. There is a shipment headed to Top of the Chain, while domestically it will only be sold at DeclarationGrooming.com due to some time constraints caused by a range of issues, but there will be free United States shipping in order to make up for it.

The notes of Vide Poche include honeysuckle, freesia, lavender, orange and amber.

Additionally, Eau de Treget EdT will also be available on August 1. It is a new take on Delor de Treget, and you can read the in-depth story behind the creation on the Chatillon Lux blog here: https://chatillonlux.com/blogs/news/scen...es-history

The notes on Eau de Treget include orange, grapefruit, peach, lily of the valley, rose, lavender, vetiver, cedarwood, labdanum and oakmoss.

For anybody who hasn't tried Vide Poche its really nice. There was a LE Vide Poche soap made with T+S a couple of years ago and if you have that you know its great. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to have this in two great soap bases!

Despite a bit of a tech hiccup, everything is good to go on the Chatillon Lux website. Sorry for anyone who experienced any problems.

Declaration Grooming, however, is good to go because he understands this kind of stuff way, way better than I do.
