I haven't tried any chatillon lux products before and something with bay rum is definitely a good intro into his products.

I think I told Marko to put me down for the splash and salve. will anything in the salve prevent me from rubbing it into my beard? when I put on balms after showering, I usually apply the balm to my beard as well. I haven't had any problems there, but I also never used any bay rum balms before.

Not at all, in fact there are some elements in the salve that would also be used in a beard balm. But no worries, since there's no rum in the bay rum it'll be fine. But heck, there are even plenty of hair tonics that use alcohol, as well, so even then it's really nothing to worry about. I know I've heard from men who go ahead and run my toners or salves through their beards after shaving and tell me that they think it works well with their beards.

Basically that's a long way of saying go right ahead!

It looks like the whole kit and caboodle is showing up on Friday. I'll be working on it over the weekend (minus a Reddit ask me anything session I committed to do on Saturday) I'll be working on the order. With the aftershaves and toners needing some time to macerate, we're looking at a Wednesday/Thursday-ish target date to ship.
