First shave in with the N 7 Razor was with the .7 plate, Nacet blade and  AionSkincare Mallard Mango soap.

With this plate it did have a little bit of Blade feel but nothin' outrageous though.

After a few passes, as usual shaving goes with my shaves, I was left with a pretty clean face. I do have a bit more left around the lower jaw area than I prefer but the skin isn't irritated.

I've been shaving pretty much everyday So not a bad gap for everyday the .7

The razor was pretty comfortable in the hand with nice fit and finish to look at and use.

Undecided if I'll bump up to the 1.1 plate tomorrow or which plate, [Image: J3kai1z.jpeg]let's see.

Second shave in with the N 7 razor.
Plate 1.1 same soap and blade.
The shave went about the same except there was just less shaving that had to be done to get to about the same level of shave.
This plate took it off a little more efficient and slightly less smooth for me and this shave.
The hair is probably staying off a little longer too.
I don't think very much about angles I just shave where it cuts. This plate may have had little bit more feedback which was nice to hear.
No big pluses no big minuses just some shavin'.
Let's see what the next shave brings with a different blade, that Nacet went to the blade bank.

I just received Atelier Durdan N7 razor.
I took gaps 0.9 and 1.1 all in Ti as machined. Perfect finish for me, in about week I could share how does it work for me.. (if it's possible in this thread)

Yesterday's shave with the Atelier Durdan N 7 .
I went with the 1.5 Gap just so I can see what that was about.

It really wasn't a gap that I felt like I really had to watch or be overly cautious about. With just that one use it seemed pretty comfortable, not alot different than the 1.1 plate.
Results were about the same as 1.1 plate with about as much shaving as the 1.1 plate too.
I had really expected a little something more out of it but seemed comfortable enough so there's that which is a big plus.
I'll use this 1.5 gap again today.
The new Perma-Sharp blade in Gold pack did a nice job for me.
Edit: I failed to add that I used the Timeless Titanium Crown Handle. This handle seemed to workout fine as the razor head isn't heavy or bulky.
The original handle is ok but its just not my favorite.

I am curious if the overall weight difference between using the Timeless Ti crown handle, vs No7 handle, could affect the shave experience with the 1.5. Part of the reason I am curious about that is that I was considering ordering just the No 7 head, with the 1.5 gap. And one of the likely handle pairings would be my Timeless Ti crown handle.

Today's shave I ended up going with the 1.1 plate. I use the Timeless titanium Crown handle again.
The shave was smooth enough  problems with zero apparent blade chatter skipping or the like.
I don't mind the weight of the razor when mounted to the titanium handle although I'm wondering what's  the weight of a titanium head?[Image: n69aMyr.jpeg]
Seemed like it took plenty of passes over an area to get the stubble down where I prefer but the shave was stopped without irritation.
I used B&M Omnibus soap, what fine soap base.
The bade was Perma-Sharp in the gold packaging.
Motherlode brush on a Grizzly Bay handle.
So far I'm getting along with the razor fairly well.
