I have very opposite experience. I have emailed him more times and always received answer same or next business day. He also always encouraged me to ask anything if I need help. Also changing order after payment was no problem. For me one of best in business right now

That is good to hear.  Maybe I just hit him at a very busy time.  I will certainly give him the benefit of the doubt.  But, I still have never received a reply.  In fairness, one of the questions was posted yesterday, the other, weeks ago.  I should rephrase my comment that I have not received a reply to 1 query and am awaiting a reply to a current one.  Please don't get me wrong, his products, for me, are stellar.

Yes, take detailed photos of the polished cap when it arrives... to see the level of polishing, compared to the polished TI cap

Was just to compare the polished version of the pass around with the one that posted the polished TI razor "where it was a rough polish"
Just to see the differences, I have the machine version so I can't see the differences

I've had a couple of machined heads that I've polished and I found no difference in shaving. My belief is that confirmation bias is behind reports that there is a difference. Now I save money and buy machined if I can. Machined also doesn't show scuffs like mirror polishing does. Nothing wrong with mirror for the bling, but don't expect a better shave.

I have 80% of my razors machined
All my Wolfman are machined
If you're referring to me, I just wanted to see the difference in polish... but I never said that the polished versions give a better shave
